Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation is considered if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• However, cancellation won't be entertained if the product has already been shipped.

Hassle free return Policy:

• Return requests can be made via Return/Exchange within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
• We offer no question asked return policy. However, we would appreciate your valuable feedback on the cause of return to help us improve our service.
• Return pick-up will be arranged by our side.
• A nominal fees of Rs 200 will be charged for pick-up.
• Refund issued as Gift card or credit back to source account (might take 5-7 working days).
• Return Items must be properly folded in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Please note: There may be a few serviceable pincodes where return pickup facility is not available. In such cases, customers will be required to ship the product back to us using any reputed and trackable courier service.

Exchanges:

• Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Size exchange is available once per order. 
• A nominal fees of Rs 150 will be charged for pick-up.
• We will ship the exchange order within 48 hours of receiving the return once quality check is done.
• In case of size exchange, if the requested size is unavailable, we offer the option of credit points to buy something else.
• Please note: There may be a few serviceable pincodes where return pickup facility is not available. In such cases, customers will be required to ship the product back to us using any reputed and trackable courier service.

Cancellation of Order:

Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:

• Human involvement in product creation may result in variations; subtle differences must be acknowledged. Therefore, 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution; not eligible for exchange.
• No exchange for washed and worn products.
• No Refund, Return & Exchange for the big sale events.

Delivery Time for Orders:
